ITESM is currently installing the S4 HANA system , ( SAP ’ s 4th version ERP ), which includes the SAP Cloud Platform , and the FIORI framework for mobile apps . These resources allow a seamless integration of administrative data , as well as analytics . On a different front , SalesForce ’ s HEROKU platform is the go-to resource for installation of the necessary apps to complete CRM processes in charge of relating different user universes within the ITESM system .
