THE TECHNOLOGY INTERVIEW
But it’ s the AI dimension that has transformed most dramatically.“ That started about two years ago when the AI revolution really kicked in,” Brian says, explaining that NetSuite’ s approach to AI stems from witnessing people across its ecosystem using the tech before more formally adopting it company-wide.“ Now, everybody’ s‘ doing’ AI,” he says.“ Everybody’ s job involves AI. The team that we centralise has really become more of an enablement rather than an execution team for AI.”

management capabilities that we bring to run everything from a startup all the way to a big enterprise – and all totally online.”
This comprehensive approach positions NetSuite at the intersection of multiple business functions, from finance to operations and customer relationships and more. It also means that AI integration touches virtually every aspect of how businesses operate. Picking up that pace of change has actually been with us for quite a while, and moving everything online was one of the steps along the way. NetSuite was around for that very first revolution, the move to the cloud. That fact gives us great perspective as we start to think about what’ s happening now with AI.”
