NetSuite Next has AI at its core The launch of NetSuite Next reflects a fundamental shift in how AI is integrated across businesses worldwide and, more so, how represents a change in how AI is unified within the platform.
“ NetSuite Next is where we have really moved AI into the core of the system and we’ re now building everything around it,” Brian says.
At the heart of the NetSuite Next experience is Ask Oracle, a conversational assistant that lets users search, navigate, analyse and take action across the full NetSuite environment using natural language. This provides context-rich answers, interactive visualisations and reasoning that clarifies the“ how” and“ why” behind each response.
This, in turn, is helping users collaborate more effectively within NetSuite.“ Ask Oracle is the place where our users come to experience that AI. It’ s the‘ Ask Me Anything’ box, it’ s the‘ Do Everything’ box,” Brian says. But he’ s quick to emphasise that the interface in its current form is just the beginning. He says:“ This is just the front door into a whole lot of complex systems behind it where we can bring that AI together.”
What makes Ask Oracle particularly powerful is how it transforms the user experience. Brian continues:“ One of the beautiful things about AI is how easy things can be for the user, where they don’ t need to know where to go. They don’ t need to learn the peculiarities of the software. They can just speak the way they speak and the system knows what they mean.”
