Keeping that human-centric rhetoric in mind, one of NetSuite’ s key differentiators is its extensibility – the ability for customers to customise and build upon the platform to best suit them. From Brian’ s perspective as NetSuite’ s Tech and AI SVP, this is crucial to AI adoption.“ The platform is how people can make NetSuite their own,” he explains.“ They can do things from just changing the names of fields or adding trigger code, but they can also build full-blown applications within the suite.”
Now, that extensibility extends to AI.“ Users can now call into AI or they can build AI-powered solutions,” Brian says.“ From my perspective, the exciting thing about where we are now is we’ re starting to give this to our customers. As a builder of the platform, I’ m really excited to see where people go with it.”
