Enhancing Meeting Room Efficiency

In 2023, Berklee embarked on modernising its conferencing infrastructure. The college prioritised tools that would complement its standardisation on Zoom as its collaboration platform, while offering straightforward functionality. Logitech’ s Rally portfolio, video

“ As an institution managing diverse spaces, we needed a platform that unified our workflows while offering remote management capabilities. Logitech checked all those boxes,” explains Varun Nayyar, Director of Classroom Technology at Berklee.

Today, more than 30 meeting spaces at Berklee are equipped with Logitech systems, ensuring consistency across the campus. Since implementing the solution, Varun reported that their overall help tickets have come down. Plans are underway to expand adoption to include an additional 15 rooms, reinforcing Berklee’ s confidence in the solutions’ scalability.
