Semiconductor leader Intel announced it is forming a new independent company with DigitalBridge Group called Articul8 AI , aimed at offering enterprise customers a full-stack , verticallyoptimised and secure Gen AI software platform . Arun Subramaniyan , formerly VP and GM in Intel ’ s Data Center and AI Group , has assumed leadership of Articul8 as its CEO .
