He joined Atlantic Health System in September 2020 and oversees Information Technology systemwide . In this role , Mr . Dadlani continues to advance the system ’ s use of information technology strategies and platforms to help support the delivery of excellent patient care and team member experiences . One particular focus is the management and continued growth and development of the system ’ s electronic medical record , Epic .
Prior to joining Atlantic Health System , Mr . Dadlani was the Chief Information Officer for the New York State Department of Health . He successfully led the largest public-sector digital business technology transformation , delivering digital health care services to 19 million New Yorkers .
Prior to this , Mr . Dadlani served as the Global Head of Enterprise Business Applications & Digital Transformation at Sony .
