Wes Wilbanks is an accomplished IT and operations leader with more than two decades of experience in K – 12 public education. As Director of IT for Hoover City Schools, he blends technical expertise with collaborative, people-centered leadership. He drives major infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, and long-term technology planning with an emphasis on cross-department coordination. Beyond his district role, Wes invests in developing others through serving in missions leadership with African Children’ s Mission.
