Alan has more than 20 years ’ experience in operational and strategic roles in the mining industry focused on the innovation and integration of the value chain . During his career , he has worked in 15 countries covering nine commodities . Alan has a PhD in mining engineering and is a fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology Science and Engineering ( FTSE ).
