Noelle Eder has been appointed as Group Head of Technology and Operations at Standard Chartered, as of 26 May.

Reporting directly to Group Chief Executive Bill Winters, Noelle will be based in Singapore as part of the bank’ s commitment to strengthening its leadership team in Asia as well as globally.
