To change this , Uniper developed a seemingly simple app , where employees could send their notes directly to the SAP PM tool . “ It ’ s interesting because we included the workers in the development of the app ,” says van Aaken . “ They really bought into the technology because they could see it was really making their life easier . This strategy also focuses on the benefits for the people .”
