Oracle Cloud Sales Executive , Majid Ittaouil , discusses how the company ’ s partnership with SimCorp aligns with the pairs business transformation

Commenting on the partnership Oracle has with SimCorp , Majid Ittaouil , ISV Ecosystem Executive at Oracle says : “ The partnership between Oracle and SimCorp goes back several decades . As both companies have evolved over time from being a traditional license vendor to becoming a services provider in the Cloud , we are well aligned when it comes to how our companies are progressing . Within Oracle , we understand that this type of transformation is continuous and directly linked to the evolution of technology ”.
With a mutual recognition around the challenges and best practices that come with undergoing a transformation to an ‘ as-aservice ’ model in the Cloud , “ We understand the journey as we ’ ve been through it ourselves . We also understand the level of complexity linked to such a transformation exercise , especially from a communications perspective , as both new and existing markets will have to be educated in the new ways of working with us in the Cloud ”.
He comments how the strong partnership with SimCorp lets Oracle do this on a number of levels : “ The really interesting part of working with strategic ISV partners like SimCorp , is that we get a chance to communicate jointly to the market and help customers transform their businesses via innovation ”.
