Sodexo ’ s Alexandra Montgomery and Paradox ’ s Joshua Secrest reflect on the adoption of AI and automation in recruitment for Sodexo ’ s Comfort Keepers brand
Born out of the desire to improve the applicant experience , the partnership with Paradox has been fundamental for Comfort Keepers in taking advantage of the opportunities in recruitment .
