An experienced professional with more than 15 years in telecoms , Kelly is known for driving business , maximising operational excellence , and delivering financial performance .
Before UNN , she held management positions in Brunei ’ s telecom industry . Most recently , she was leading the finance department of a Bruneian Mobile Net provider . In her capacity she successfully delivered projects , such as ERP system implementation , related to performance improvement .
Kelly holds a university degree in “ Business and Finance ”. She is based in UNNs headquarter in Bandar Seri Begawan .
