HUAWEI

The theme for Huawei at MWC 2026, Advancing Industrial All Intelligence, served as more than just a slogan. Instead, it represented a fundamental shift in how technology interacts with the physical world. From keynotes to roundtables, executives from across Huawei’ s business units came together to amplify the impact of AI in the form of real-world applications, showing just what can be done with AI and what could be just beyond the horizon.

During the Industrial Digital and Intelligent Transformation Summit, for example, Huawei unveiled 115 industrial intelligence showcases and launched 22 new solutions tailored for sectors ranging from electric power to oil and gas.
AI at the core of Huawei’ s solutions Charles Li, President of Huawei’ s Chemical & Building Materials BU, describes 2026 as a“ singularity moment” when it comes to AI.
“ In recent years, AI applications were concentrated in auxiliary scenarios, like detecting safety helmets,” he explains.“ The change now is that AI is moving to a leading role, penetrating core production systems.”
A primary example is Huawei’ s work with Anhui Conch Cement. By deploying an optimisation solution that integrates industry mechanisms with AI foundational models, the system analyses more than 100 parameters in real time. It is this level of precision that has reduced coal consumption by 1 %, saving approximately US $ 250,000 annually per production line.
