Susan Doniz

Global CIO & Data Analytics Officer Boeing

Doniz is Boeing ' s Global Chief Information Officer and Data Analytics Officer , where she leads a global team , responsible for delivering innovative and agile digital solutions across the company ' s core operations . Outside of this position , Doniz is a renowned champion of diversity , equity and inclusion across the industry , and has served on the boards of numerous Not-for-Profit organisations .

Before joining Boeing in 2020 , Doniz was the Group CIO of Qantas Airways , and previously , during a 17-year-career at Procter & Gamble , led IT programs in support of sales , research and development . Doniz serves as an adviser to the Centre for Digital Transformation at the University of California , Irvine , Paul Merage School of Business and is Vice Chair of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council of the International Air Transport Association . In 2011 , she was named one of Canada ' s most powerful women by WXN .

She has lived and worked in Australia , Canada , Spain , most countries in Latin America , and the United States . An honours graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor ' s degree in applied science and engineering , she also studied post graduate in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology .

Florian Roth is the Chief Digital and Information Officer of SAP , and has worked for the software development leader for the last 17 years , originally joining as a Consulting Manager . Within his position , Roth is responsible for SAP ' IT strategy and its execution . He focuses on deploying technological innovation , accelerating SAP ' cloud transformation and becoming a leading Intelligent Enterprise .

Roth joined SAP in 2005 and has held various executive and leadership positions across finance , service and support and global business operations departments , prior to his appointment in his current role . Being a thought leader in the field of digital transformation , he is a frequent keynote speaker and active advisor to political institutions .
