Kalyan Kumar

Global Chief Technology Officer HCL Technologies

Over the past two decades at Indian multinational IT services and consultancy company HCL , Kalyan Kumar has played various roles across solutions , business development , alliance management , practice and delivery .

Joining HCL in 2000 , Kumar , known as KK , leads HCL ' s technology strategy and , as Chief Product Officer , leads product strategy , product management and operations for the business , while also leading the Global Cloud Native Services and DRYiCE products and platforms .

KK is a member of the Wall Street Journal CIO Network and the CNBC Technology Executive Council . A Fellow of the British Computer Society , he is also part of the WEF Global Future Council 2020 and 2021 for Quantum Computing , besides being part of the WEF 2021 CDO Community , and has co-authored eight books in the domains of service management .

KK is also a trustee of a London-based charity that drives the adoption of cricket in state schools and continues to engage with the community on holistic development with sports . He is the Vice Chairman of the Tower Hamlets Cricket Club ( THCC ), and is a Patron of the cricket performance group , CricFitSport .

Jen Felch

CIO & Chief Digital Officer Dell Technologies

As Chief Digital Officer and CIO , Jen Felch drives the strategy , direction and delivery for Dell Digital while leading the transformation and adoption of digital technologies across the organisation .

Her position combines the traditional roles and responsibilities of a CIO , along with the emerging role of change agent for digital transformation . She leads the organisation in the Dell Digital Way – a simplified and innovative approach to quickly introducing new products and capabilities that provide Dell with a competitive edge .

Most recently , Felch was a Senior Vice President in the Office of the CIO at Dell , leading corporate supply chain , IT strategy and business operations . Prior to that role , she dramatically improved the order experience for businesses throughout Dell and held several global business architecture , supply chain and factory operations roles . Before joining Dell , she held a variety of engineering and leadership roles at Boeing , Parametric Technology Corporation ( PTC ), and successful software startups .

Felch has both a Bachelor ' s and Master ' s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and is an alumnus of the Leaders for Global Operations Program at MIT .
