A systems engineer by training , Previn joined Cisco as Chief Digital Officer . Since September he has served as CIO , and as executive sponsor for Cisco ' s work with various US Government agencies .

Prior to joining Cisco , Previn served as IBM ' s global CIO for four years , leading a global team of over 12,000 IT professionals . He has built a reputation for building design-led IT teams and prioritising the user experience , and has experience reinventing desktop computing environments and delivering productivity tools and Agile transformation .

Previn holds Microsoft and Cisco certifications , and while in college also worked as an intern at the David Letterman show as well as the Conan O ' Brien show .

Hanna Hennig

CIO Siemens

A passionate technologist who drives Siemens ' digital transformation , Hanna Hennig is Chief Information Officer at Siemens AG and is responsible for Siemens ' global IT organisation .

Appointed to provide targeted assistance to the units within German multinational conglomerate corporation Siemens as it executed its Vision 2020 + company strategy , she has more than 25 years of experience across different industries in areas ranging from business transformation processes and IT technologies to managing relationships with partners and suppliers .

Shortly after beginning her new role she was key in ensuring over 300,000 Siemens employees were able to work from home at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic , while software was developed giving the ability for employees who work remotely part of the week to book space when they work at the office .

Before starting at Siemens Hennig was CIO at Osram Licht AG . She studied business at the University of Hannover and has extensive experience in the IT sector after working in it for 25 years . Also she brings to Siemens practical knowledge in driving the digital transformation , developed in leadership positions in companies such as Telefónica O2 , E . ON and Osram .
