been eBay ’ s CTO since 2019 , Mazen oversees platform engineering , infrastructure architecture , AI , data science and payment systems within the organisation . He rejoined eBay in 2016 after a stint at X ( formerly Twitter ), where he scaled its global infrastructure . He also serves on the board of QTS Data Centers .
