Starting her professional career in 1998 as an SAP Analyst for United Biscuits , Claire Dickson now works as the Chief Information Officer for multinational packaging company DS Smith . Previously working for Accenture , Dickson has also worked for BP and Evos .

Part of Dickson ’ s goal with DS Smith is to develop and implement a number of tech-driven changes to transform the way the company operates in key areas such as customer service and supply chain management . By leading the company ’ s technology agenda , Dickson delivers efficiency and optimisation across the board .

With an extensive career holding numerous senior technology positions , Sheryl Haislet has not one , but two master ’ s degrees . Having achieved one in Information Systems Management and the other being an Executive MBA , Haislet ’ s love for engineering , technology , and hard work was further fuelled – first established and nurtured at a very young age while growing up on a farm .

Using this passion for technology and hard work , Haislet worked her way up the career chain to become the Global Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Vertiv in 2020 . Previously , Haislet worked for the likes of Johnson Controls and Aident .
