She also had an impressive tenure with Johnson & Johnson between 1991 and 2019 , holding roles in supply chain operations and information technology . With a key interest in women ’ s leadership , Connell led the Women ’ s Leadership Initiative at Johnson & Johnson , completed the Smith College Executive Program for Women , and has been recognised by various national industry associations .
