In her role , Whitney works closely with senior leadership teams as well as McDonald ’ s franchise owners and operators so that her team can lead on the development , integration , and deployment of technology to improve customer satisfaction across the fast-food company ’ s 14,000 restaurants .
With more than 20 years of experience in technology focusing heavily on innovation , transformation , strategy , and large-scale application development , Whitney helped launch McDonald ’ s Global Women in Technology organisation , which is aimed at increasing diversity in technology .
