Overseeing Disney ’ s Global Enterprise Technology organisation , Diane Jurgens was appointed as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the Walt Disney Company in 2020 . With more than 30 years of technology leadership experience , Jurgens is also passionate about STEM education and is committed to paying forward the successes she has achieved by attracting diverse talent into the engineering industry .

Thanks to this transformative leadership , Jurgens was named a Top 5 Technology Influencer in Australia in 2018 and was also awarded with Shanghai ’ s prestigious Magnolia Award for her key innovations in telematics , which helped contribute to the city ’ s overall social and economic development .

Prior to Pfizer , Lidia worked as the Senior Vice President and CIO at Quest Diagnostics . She has also had extensive board experience during her career , having been on the Board of Directors of Gannet , Inc . between 2014 to 2017 as well as a board member of Q2 Solutions , a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics and IQVIA . Lidia received Forbes ' 2017 CIO Innovation Award and went on to be recognised on ALPFA ' s list of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in both 2020 and 2021 .
