Having worked in both the healthcare and food & beverage industries in executive technology-focused roles for the past 19 years , Rowena Yeo is the Chief Technology and Global Vice President of Technology Services at Johnson & Johnson . During her 12 years with Cargill , Yeo held various positions across the company . Her most recent job before moving to The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson was a dual role job as both the Global Group Chief Information Officer for the company ’ s Agriculture Trading and Processing Enterprise and the Asia Pacific Chief Information Officer . Her prime responsibilities in this position included leading the overall technology strategy , overseeing the global stakeholder management and IT delivery teams , and successfully executing the business IT programs .
