I’ m delighted to share with you our annual Top 100 Women in Technology. It’ s been truly inspiring to see the remarkable work of the technologists featured in 2025, each of whom bring unique perspectives and innovative approaches to the field.

In the wake of IWD in March and Women in Tech Day on 4 April, I’ ve been reflecting on both progress and challenges. The fact that women make up only 26 % of the tech workforce reminds us why recognition is so important.

What stands out about this year’ s Top 100 Women in Technology is not just their technical brilliance, but also their determination to create paths for others. I’ ve had the privilege of speaking with many of the women in this list, and their stories of overcoming barriers while mentoring the next generation are remarkable.

My sincere thanks to each person featured within these pages for their contributions, and to you, our readers, for supporting their important work.
