Stemming directly from and reinforcing the supply chain culture , the leadership team developed multiple continuous improvement programs . As an example , Avaya ’ s supply chain has a formal project management office with Lean Six Sigma black belt certified project managers , prioritising and driving the biggest and most important opportunities .
