2016 with 38 % of our participant community accessing our services from a mobile platform . When we exited 2017 , it was at 44 %. By 2020 , we expect it to be 60 %. Because of that trend , we are designing our products , our interaction and our feature sets to be mobile first . Mobile is the future ; we intend to take advantage of that .”
