And they ’ ll say they ’ re full , but you go there at 10 o ’ clock at night , it ’ s empty . You go there at six o ’ clock in the morning , it ’ s empty . There are people who have a need to use space in off-peak hours . How do you reach them ? And how do you set up the technology to activate them ?
