The twoyear trial was a huge success and significantly lowered violent crime in the city . We also love LinkNYC that is converting payphones into smart zones – a free wifi hotspot with an android tablet for browsing the internet or making free phone calls across the US , and handy charging points for personal phones . So smart , they named it twice .
