We have a lot of people , around 130,000 . I talk to many of my sales teams and they spend an awful lot of time doing work where they just have to grind something out . It ’ s very internal-facing , and I would much prefer our team spend much more time with our customers . We think that would be better for our customers and we think that would be better for our business . So if we can use machine learning and AI to take away a lot of that grunt work , then we think it will make our teams much more productive .
