CGI has appointed Tim Hurlebaus as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Tim, who also joins the Board of Directors, steps into the role following a successful tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer. He succeeds François Boulanger, who is retiring after a distinguished 30-year career with the company.
