Positive feedback Through this automation process , ICN has also looked internally at its staff and its ongoing recruitment needs . With many loyal employees serving over 20 years in the organisation , ICN placed a hiring freeze for the first six months , enabling the agency to maximise the intelligent assets it already has in-house . It will also allow staff to become accustomed to these new ways of working , and support them through increased training opportunities , before looking outward to source new talent .
