Through a partnership with SmartWAVE and Ruckus Networks , the City of St . Louis is building free Wi-Fi public access networks throughout the City to serve thousands of residents .

The initiative is part of the City ’ s Digital Inclusion program . With $ 1.4 million of ARPA funds , the City is able to provide services to 9 parks throughout the City and a 4 mile corridor along Dr . Martin Luther King Drive .
