Steve ’ s role at AWS is to lead strategy , market development , marketing and sales enablements for retail industry customers globally . He also holds responsibility for vision , strategy and execution for retail and CPG industry segments and solutions at AWS . He was instrumental in overseeing the Just Walk Out project .

Adam has an overall responsibility for key commercial revenue streams at the O2 , including merchandise , attractions , parking and venue seating . Some of the projects he has led for the O2 encompass sustainability , community , charity and accessibility , including the ‘ Good Vibes ’ programme and digital projects like the Just Walk Out store . also the first indoor arena in England to use Just Walk Out technology .
Some of the benefits afforded by Just Walk Out include increased throughput , extended store operating hours , optimised staffing and reduced theft .
