Donna Kuizon Cruz is the first female CEO, Managing Director and General Manager of Prime Energy, leading growth projects under the SC38 Consortium and shaping the company’ s future strategy. Prior to this, she was Shell Malaysia’ s Integrated Planning Manager and earlier served as Business Advisor to Shell’ s EVP for Upstream Operated Ventures in The Hague. She held key leadership roles in SPEX, including HSSE Manager and Production Services Lead for Malampaya. Donna began her career in Shell Philippines in 2001, later joining Shell Global Solutions in Malaysia, where she led performance improvement programmes across Asia and Africa.
