The two companies have expanded their collaboration through enhanced Fixed Network Operations Centre( NOC) services, applying the same meticulous attention to detail that characterises Swiss manufacturing to telecommunications infrastructure.

Connect44 operates its Fixed NOC through a Delivery Operations Centre that continuously monitors Sunrise’ s network infrastructure.
The multilingual team addresses incidents before they affect customer experience, using AI, automation and analytics tools for fault detection and ticket resolution.
